Grandview, MO — Peterson Manufacturing is proud to announce the promotions of Destini Lewis and Renee Hastings to key supervisory roles. Both will report directly to Chris Shore, Manufacturing Manager.
Destini Lewis Promoted to FA8 Supervisor
Destini Lewis has been promoted to Final Assembly 8 (FA8) Supervisor, marking an important milestone in her 10-year career with Peterson Manufacturing. Destini began as an Assembler in FA3, later moved into FA8 as an Assembler, and most recently served as a Lead in FA8.
Destini’s extensive knowledge of parts and processes, along with her hands-on experience within FA8, will serve her well as she steps into her new leadership role. Her commitment to quality and teamwork continues to support Peterson’s focus on growth and efficiency.
Renee Hastings Promoted to FA4 Supervisor
Renee Hastings has been promoted to Final Assembly 4 (FA4) Supervisor, bringing with her 12 years of experience at Peterson Manufacturing. Renee began her career as an Assembler in FA4, then advanced to Lead in FA8 and, most recently, to Supervisor in FA8.
Throughout her career, Renee has developed a deep understanding of Peterson’s production floor, products, and procedures. Her well-rounded supervisory experience, combined with her strong leadership skills, positions her well to support continued business growth and operational success in her new role.
